Recently, the Hubei Development and Reform Commission issued a notice requesting the whole province to organize and submit a special project for the provincial industrial technological upgrading subsidy in 2011 before July 10. The non-ferrous metal industry is also enjoying the scope of interest subsidy policy.

Enjoy discount interest policies involving non-ferrous metals, petrochemicals, light industry, textiles, steel, building materials, six major industries. Among them, the nonferrous metals industry supports Copper and Aluminum deep processing projects, alloy materials projects and non-ferrous metal resources utilization projects in the fields of national defense and military, aerospace, electronic communications, new energy, and high-end manufacturing.

The Hubei Development and Reform Commission requested that declared enterprises comply with the principles of being in line with the orientation of industrial development, assisting and strengthening the economy, and facilitating adjustment of the structure. Companies that give priority to the following six situations:

1. Belonging to the National Catalogue of Guidance for the Adjustment of Industrial Structure and the projects encouraged by various industry-specific development plans;

2. Traditional backbone enterprises adopt high technology to transform traditional production equipment and processes, and have key projects with leading role in demonstration;

3, have a certain scale of production, technical content and economic benefits, technological transformation projects will help improve the value-added products;

4, product technology to fill domestic or provincial blank, there is a larger market demand for the project;

5. The procedures for the pre-positioning of the project are complete, formalities for the record, environmental assessment, and land approval have been completed, and the funds for project construction have been put in place;

6. Projects that have been completed and put into production in the same year, projects under construction can be completed and put into production in the current year or the following year.
