Qiantang Leap's renewable aluminum and copper deep processing project started construction in Tianjin

With a total investment of 500 million yuan, the Qiantang Leap project for deep processing of recycled aluminum and copper began construction in Tianjin Ziya Circular Economy Industrial Zone. After the completion of the project, it will form an annual production capacity of 95,000 tons of aluminum, copper alloy ingots and deep processing products, ranking first in the same industry in the city.

Tianjin Qiantang Feiyue Co., Ltd. is a resource regeneration and recycling enterprise established by Taiwan Taizhou China Feiyue Group based on the Ziya Dental Park platform. It is reported that the company's newly-built reprocessing project for reclaimed aluminum and copper has a planned floor area of ​​330,000 square meters, and an initial investment of 280 million yuan. Advanced raw material cleaning, aluminum smelting, profile extrusion deep processing and copper smelting deep processing and supporting and auxiliary equipment will be introduced. The imported aluminum and copper raw materials will be cleaned, dismantled, smelted, cast, drawn, and refined. After the project is put into production, it can annually produce 50,000 tons of aluminum alloy ingots, 10,000 tons of aluminum deep-processed products such as aluminum extrusion profiles, radiators, and motor shells, 25,000 tons of copper pipe rods, copper profiled materials, copper wire rods, and copper turbines. Raw materials, bearings, copper alloy ingots are 10,000 tons, and the estimated annual sales revenue is 5 billion yuan.
