TRL-500P rotor dehumidifier principle:

The runner is a special honeycomb structure with equidistant, parallel, uniform air passages. The runner is divided into a dehumidification treatment zone of 270 degrees and a regeneration zone of 90 degrees by a sealing plate in the inner part of the dehumidifier. The dehumidification runner rotates slowly at a speed of 8-10 rpm to ensure that the entire dehumidification is continuous. process.
When the treatment air passes through the treatment area of ​​the runner, the water vapor therein is adsorbed by the moisture absorption medium in the runner, and the water vapor simultaneously undergoes a phase change, becomes liquid water, and releases latent heat; at this time, the treatment air is self-owned The water is reduced to dry air; after that, the process air is sent by the treatment fan to become dry, hot air.
At the same time, in the regeneration zone, the other air passes through the regenerative heater and becomes high-temperature air (generally 100-140 degrees) and passes through the moisture-absorbing runner to evaporate the adsorbed water in the runner, thereby regenerating The air becomes humid air due to evaporation of water, and the temperature drops; after that, the humid air is discharged to the outside through the regeneration fan.
The regeneration air (generally taken from the outdoor or machine room) is heated to 100-130 ° C and then blown back into the regeneration zone. The adsorbed water in the silica gel is desorbed into water vapor, and the reconditioning air is removed by the fan, thereby completing the transfer of moisture from the system to the outside of the system. After the runner is regenerated, the moisture absorption capacity is restored, and the dehumidification sector is transferred to the dehumidification section.
The above-mentioned dehumidification and regeneration processes occur simultaneously, and the dehumidifiers continue to work stably.
